The fundamental ministry of all members of the Little Company of Mary is prayer for the dying of the world. This remains the first “work” of each member of the Little Company. But the Gospel calls us to be for our brothers and sisters in whatever way we can. Our ministries are many, and include work within the areas of :

 Health care, Hospice Care, Home care of the dying   -  Prison Ministry  -   Spiritual direction  -  Catechetics  -   Social Work. -  Pastoral Care -   Parish ministries  -  Aboriginal Health Care -  Mission work - Administration - Nursing - Overdale House of Prayer

In all that we do, we seek find means of promoting equality and justice for all. But the practice of justice demands continual conversion.

 As a prerequisite for the exercise of social justice, our congregational documents call us to develop those interior attitudes of heart and mind that enable us to work for the breaking down of barriers between men and women of all races, class and religions. In this, Jesus is our model - and his way of service our aim.

Our participation in the mission of the Church also demands of us that we care for this earth and our constitutions call us to reject those attitudes which promote despoliation, of the world, and encourage us to search continually for ways in which our  lives may reflect more fully our concern to protect and promote environmentally sound practices.
