Due to roadworks, the Chapel here at Ryde is closed so I celebrated my Diamond Jubilee at Ryde in the Auditorium.

We commenced with a Welcome by Sr. Kathleen Cotterill, Region Leader and this was followed by a Prayer Liturgy and afternoon tea with Sr. Monica Whelan, Region Leadership Member, and the Sisters in my community. Also present were Srs Patricia Bell and Elizabeth Gilroy who are residing here. It was a lovely sunny, very warm day so we were blessed. The celebration was very joyful, and the tables and prayer space was set up beautifully. The afternoon tea was also very enjoyable with a wonderfully decorated cake to finish.  I am grateful to all those who helped to make the afternoon so special and to God for my vocation to the Little Company of Mary.
